IDOT Snowbirds approve the Downstate Agreement

After months of negotiations, the State of Illinois and Teamsters Downstate Illinois State Employee Negotiating Committee has come to a tentative agreement for the Snowbirds.  It was voted 199 to 76 to accept the agreement as proposed.
